Platoon gives your business a dedicated AI employee (your Squad) that runs on its own private machine, signs into the accounts you give it access to, and handles the repeatable parts of running your business: onboarding a new customer, triaging email, managing your calendar, and building the multi-step workflows that currently eat your week.
The AI model behind your Squad is a footnote. What matters is the outcome: fewer manual steps, fewer dropped follow-ups, and a predictable monthly cost instead of a new hire.
You Direct It From the App You Already Use
You assign work to your Squad from the messaging platform your business already runs on, such as Signal, WhatsApp or Discord. No new interface to learn and no reason to sit at a desktop to get something done.
This is not a chatbot that answers a question and forgets you. Your Squad is an AI orchestration agent: you tell it what needs doing in your own words, it carries the work out inside the accounts you've given it, and it reports back when the job is done. Direction in, finished work out, in the same thread where you already talk to your team.

Pricing
A one-time setup fee applies at signing and covers onboarding and your first guided automation build. As an introductory promotion for this new service, the first month's hosting is included in that setup fee as a limited-time offer, not a permanent bundle. Frequently Asked Questions
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Each Squad runs on its own dedicated virtual machine with its own cloud service account. There is no shared container and no shared network path between customers.
Who can access my Squad?
Access is controlled by your Squad's own allow list. Sign-in uses a one-time code emailed to an address on that list, so there's no shared password to leak or reuse, and no other customer's Squad is reachable from it. Support access is covered in your service terms.
What AI model does my Squad use?
Your own. Your Squad runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT account, which you connect during setup. We don't hold or reuse your AI credentials across customers.
Can my Squad manage my email and calendar?
Yes, that's a core use case. Your Squad signs into your own Google or Microsoft account the same way you would, in its own browser. The first time it does, Google or Microsoft will likely ask for a phone-based verification step since it's a new device, so have your phone handy for that first sign-in.
Is this related to Radar or Sarge?
No. Radar and Sarge are security scanning and hardening products. Platoon is a separate line of business: a managed AI employee for day-to-day operations, not a security tool.
